A Country Market for Manchester?

Interested in local, quality fresh food being more available in Manchester? We just received the message below at Cranswick Square:

According to the email from Greater Manchester Country Markets:

“Even though Country Markets have been running successfully all over the UK there isn’t one anywhere in Greater Manchester. So, a group of us are putting that right and are holding a meeting to encourage anyone who’d like to be a producer for the market, or help set it up to come along and find out more. We have lots of exciting ideas to make this a 21st Century Country Market that is inclusive and celebrates Greater Manchester’s diversity. We welcome anyone interesting in joining this co-operative venture to get involved.”

Anyone interested in getting involved can attend the meeting detailed on the poster above, or contact Greater Manchester Country Markets on gmcountrymarket [at] gmail.com or see their website.
